MACARONI SCHOTEL

Wednesday morning, sun rise but still cold outside, and my 2013 homeworks are still waiting for me to get them done! So, stay inside is the best option. But I want something comforting! I remember macaroni schotel recipe from a "tabloid" that I bougth last December.  I do really want it now! and voila! I made one and I want to share it with you how to make it.



Ing :
  1. 1 onion and 2 garlics, sliced
  2. 200 gr macaroni, boiled until tender, drained, set aside
  3. 4 meatballs (cut the meatballs)
  4. 1 cups fresh milk
  5. 4 eggs, beaten
  6. 1 sachet masako
  7. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  8. addiotional shredded cheese for topping
  9.  3 slice of bread
  10. 2 Sausage
 Direction :
  • preheat the oven to 175 C
  • in a big pan heat 2 tbsp oil, saute the garlics and onion until fragrance
  • add meatballs, stirring until meatballs is cooked
  • add milk,masako, flour, macaroni, stirring well.
  • heat off, add cheese, egg, stir well.
  • transfer the macaroni into the buttered baking dish, topped with shredded cheese and sausage.
  • bake for 45 min
